SPEAK LOW

A “Biography in Music,” our next movie celebrates Kurt Weill, a luminary of the Great American Songbook. Weill began composing in Germany in classical and German cabaret style before fleeing the Nazis. He settled in the USA, where for over a decade he figured as one of the most distinctive voices in the American popular style.
