Ellen Mandel

Ellen Mandel has composed music for over sixty plays for the Mint, Jean Cocteau Rep, Phoenix Theatre Ensemble, and Riverside Shakespeare in New York, the Asolo, Peterborough Players, Arkansas Rep, Tennessee Rep, and other regionals. She has written five film scores, and recorded five CDs: the latest, THE CAT AND THE MOON, includes songs to Thomas Hardy, Seamus Heaney, WB Yeats (title track) and others.
