The Philadelphia marathon is tomorrow. Please check the schedule for information. Specifically, it appears that Kelly drive will be closed until 3 pm and the Ben Franklin Parkway will be closed until 4 pm on November 21. Traffic.com is recommending Broad Street as an alternate route for those who would otherwise have used Kelly Drive and the Ben Franklin Parkway. Using public transportation would probably be the best option.
